AIMS Strengthens Collaboration with ADNOC Group Through Innovation and Local Manufacturing Excellence

It was an absolute privilege to welcome Mr.Adel Al Jaberi, Mr.Ali Foolathi, Mr.Nawaf AL Shehhi, Mr.Salem Aldhabari, Mr.Muath Al Mashaikh, Mr.Abdullateef Al Marzouqi, along with key decision-makers from ADNOC Group Headquarters, and other senior officials to our AIMS Manufacturing Facility, Abu Dhabi.

During the visit, the ADNOC Group delegation had the opportunity to witness our manufacturing potentials, including the production of locally manufactured Optical GC Analysers, along with 43 units currently under production for ADNOC projects. Additionally, they witnessed our locally manufactured Laser Analysers, with 107 units being manufactured for ADNOC Group projects, locally manufactured Water Cut Meters, with 73 units in production featuring 18 patented technologies originating from Norway, now fully localised in the UAE.

Besides, AIMS has been actively producing Explosion-Proof Air Conditioning Units, with 107 units already manufactured and exported. Our Analyzer Shelters, with 48 shelters currently under production for ADNOC Group, Jafurah, and other projects, are remarkable productions. The visit also included a tour of our Chemical Blending Plant and Storage Facilities, bolt-on heat tracing systems, steam trap manufacturing, steam monitoring systems, and 3D metals printing technology, which enables the production of critical spare parts and supports key industrial applications.

The delegation was introduced to AIMS Environmental Division, featuring an ISO 17025-accredited lab, which is currently executing over 1000 PEMS jobs (In Hand). Another critical aspect of the visit was the review of the MERAM project execution and the Heat Tracing System Manufacturing, where AIMS has already manufactured 14 km of heat tracing lines within the UAE.

One of the key highlights of the visit was our commitment to developing UAE Nationals in the manufacturing sector. Over 42 Emirati professionals are leading various aspects of production under the guidance of the below signs and our manufacturing experts. This initiative reflects our dedication to strengthening local talent and contributing to the UAE’s industrial growth.

Mr.Ali Foolathi addressed a gathering of more than 150 employees, emphasising the cultural and strategic importance of in-country manufacturing, aligning with ADNOC Group’s vision.

The ADNOC Group officials also toured AIMS 'newly expanded 50,000+ square meter facility, which is exclusively dedicated to ADNOC Group-related manufacturing. This facility houses a dedicated testing lab, an advanced environmental lab, and a specialised training centre for hashtag#UAE Nationals, ensuring continuous learning, innovation, and the highest standards of quality assurance.

This visit marks yet another milestone in our journey of growth and innovation, and we look forward to strengthening our collaboration with ADNOC Group and other industry leaders.
